Exhibition Instruction
lThe exhibitor shall be regarded as fully aware of the content of the brochure and wholly accepting the terms therein upon sending the application form. to the Bureau of CISMEF.
lThe exhibition catalog shall be based on the information provided in the submitted application forms. Please send the application form, product catalogs, a photocopy of the business license and trade mark registration certificate to the Bureau of CISMEF.
l The exhibitor shall be an independent legal person. The company name, exhibit category and brand name to be displayed during the exhibition shall be consistent with the information written in the application form.
l Exhibit quality and intellectual property rights shall be sole responsibility of the exhibitor.
l Booths shall not be transferred without written consent of the Bureau of CISMEF.
lFull payment shall be made before August 30 on written confirmation of the Bureau of CISMEF.
lThe raw-space exhibitor shall send the design plan to the Bureau of CISMEF for approval 60 days before the exhibition.
